Regional Sales Executive (Northern Region)
About this role
Vitafoam Nigeria Plc is seeking a Regional Sales Executive with a civil engineering background to drive sales of PU/PIR sandwich panels and insulation systems across the Northern Region. The role covers Abuja, Kano and surrounding markets and is based in Lagos. It involves expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth from prospecting through to closing contracts.
What you would do
- Drive top-line sales growth for PU/PIR sandwich panels and insulation products across Abuja, Kano and northern markets.
- Act as a technical subject-matter expert, presenting high-spec insulation and panel solutions to structural engineers, main contractors, architects, project managers and real estate developers.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders, corporate clients, government authorities and major construction firms.
- Identify, prospect and track major civil, commercial, cold-chain and industrial construction projects from planning to contract closure.
- Prepare technical compliance sheets, review project bills of quantities, provide commercial quotations and competitive bids.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, infrastructure developments and pricing shifts across the Northern region to inform sales forecasts.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree (BSc/BEng) or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales or business development experience in construction materials, industrial insulation, structural steel or building solutions.
- Solid understanding of building envelope solutions, thermal insulation properties, PU/PIR sandwich panels and installation specifications.
- Familiarity with corporate construction clients, contractors and market dynamics in Abuja, Kano and the Northern region.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-management, presentation and deal-closing capabilities.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the Northern region.
