About this role
Regional Retail Operations Team Lead for Enugu. Oversees daily retail operations across shops, depots and stock points, coordinating stock, repairs, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and service quality. Supervises Retail Coordinators, Stock Controllers and Shop Assistants and reports to the Regional Retail Team Lead.
What you would do
- Oversee daily operations across retail shops, depots and stock points
- Manage phone repair logistics to ensure device repairs and returns within SLAs
- Monitor retail KPIs, conduct shop inspections and drive improvements with related teams
- Coordinate aged stock returns, reallocations and loss reporting; ensure reverse logistics procedures
- Lead, coach and train Retail Coordinators, Stock Controllers and Shop Assistants
- Manage stock reconciliations and maintain stock levels for all active and onboarding DSRs

- Minimum 3–5 years in retail operations, logistics, supply chain, inventory management or field operations
- 2+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Experience managing inventory, stock reconciliation, reverse logistics across multiple locations
- Familiarity with retail management systems, inventory tools and Microsoft Excel
- Comfort with a hands-on role covering multiple locations and complex stock repair cycles
- Ability to work across multiple markets and coordinate with cross-functional teams
