Regional Retail Operations Team Lead based in Enugu, responsible for overseeing retail activities across multiple points, including stock management, repair logistics, reverse logistics, and staff coaching to support regional business objectives.

What you would do

• Manage stock reconciliation and reordering of understocked SKUs
• Oversee inventory allocation, DSR holding levels, aged stock returns and reallocations
• Coordinate phone repair logistics and customer pickups within SLA
• Oversee reverse logistics adherence and timely cancellation closures
• Track collection and payment performance
• Coach shop assistants on processes, products, and systems; train new Stock Controllers; create and manage depot operations; monitor and report staff performance

• Minimum 3 years experience in field office, customer care, sales or retail operations
• Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Inventory Management or related field
• Experience managing retail operations across multiple locations
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, reverse logistics, stock allocation and retail systems
• Excellent people leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple operational metrics and think strategically
