What you would do
- Guide regional strategy for business development and client relationships
- Oversee operations and ensure regulatory and risk compliance
- Promote SIAML products to target clients across the region
- Provide financial and market updates to clients
- Supervise and mentor SIAML staff in the region
- Lead and manage a portfolio of branches to achieve regional objectives
- Drive performance in sales, service and cash operations across branches
- Provide leadership to Branch Managers and support cross-functional teams
- Ensure exceptional customer experience in the region
- Develop and implement region-specific strategies and initiatives
