Regional Manager responsible for overseeing a region of schools in North-West Nigeria, with direct management of School Supervisors, collaboration with training and government/community stakeholders, and regular travel to schools. What you would do

• Oversee a group of Schools Supervisors within your region to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with the Training Manager to translate field feedback into effective training content and processes.
• Coach and mentor Schools Supervisors to develop their management skills and achieve academy goals.
• Ensure regional operational and instructional targets are met and hold accountability for district performance.
• Engage with school heads, administrators and government/community leaders to maintain strong communication and feedback loops.
• Travel daily to schools within your region to maintain presence and direct oversight.
