About this role
PalmPay seeks a Regional Manager to drive BNPL sales in the Edo region. The role involves leading a regional sales team, developing sales strategies, engaging partners, and ensuring BNPL targets are met while monitoring market trends for strategic input.
What you would do
- Develop and implement BNPL sales strategies to achieve regional targets
- Lead and manage the regional sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants, agents and distributors to grow BNPL penetration
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments for BNPL
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and manage risk in card distribution and sales

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in financial services or fintech
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing a customer base
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid understanding of the payment and financial ecosystem, particularly ATM and card services
