Regional HR Manager
About this role
A full-time Regional HR Manager role based in Awka, Anambra, for an HR professional with strong operations experience and the ability to implement scalable HR systems and manage HR processes across multiple locations. The position targets candidates with construction or real estate sector background and will involve recruitment, policy implementation, and labour compliance for site-based and office staff.
What you would do
- Implement and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary issues, and grievance resolution.
- Maintain accurate employee records, headcount, and HR data for reporting.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws for site-based employees.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineers, technical staff, and site-based roles.

- 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in construction or real estate.
- Resident of Awka or surrounding area in Anambra state.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, especially contract staffing and casual labour.
- CIPM certification or membership is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven track record in high-volume recruitment and site-based workforce planning.
