What you would do

• Manage daily HR operations and employee relations.
• Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll including attendance, salary, commission, and deductions.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Implement HR policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Support performance management and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare HR reports and provide timely updates.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Proactively communicate issues or delays.

• BSc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in HR operations and payroll management.
• Knowledge of employee relations and Nigerian HR practices.
• Strong communication, execution and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must reside in Ibadan.
• Experience in fintech or sales-driven company is an added advantage.
