Regional Finance Manager
About this role
Regional Finance Manager for the Dangote Group. The role leads financial planning, control, reporting and risk management across the region to ensure strong financial performance, compliance with IFRS and company policies, and alignment with corporate strategy. It is suitable for seasoned finance professionals with experience in multi-plant or regional manufacturing operations.
What you would do
- Develop and manage regional budgets, forecasts and financial models
- Track performance against budget and provide variance analysis
- Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting in line with IFRS and company policies
- Monitor working capital and liquidity across the region
- Partner with plant managers, operations and commercial teams to provide financial insights for pricing, sales and investment decisions
- Lead and develop regional finance teams and set performance targets

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Typically 10+ years of finance experience
- Experience in manufacturing, preferably cement or heavy industry
- Experience in multi-plant or regional operations
- Prior experience in a senior finance or managerial role
