Regional Finance Manager
About this role
Role: Regional Finance Manager for Dangote, based in Lagos. The job leads FP&A, reporting, cost control, compliance and treasury across the regional plants, ensuring strong financial performance and alignment with corporate strategy. It is aimed at experienced finance professionals with regional or multi-plant exposure and prior senior finance or managerial experience.
What you would do
- Lead FP&A for the region, including budgeting, forecasting and modelling.
- Oversee regional financial reporting across plants and subsidiaries.
- Drive cost control by monitoring plant costs and implementing optimisation initiatives.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations; manage relationships with auditors.
- Monitor working capital and cash flow, and support liquidity management and treasury activities.
- Partner with plant managers and regional leadership to provide financial insights for pricing, sales and investments.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA professional certification.
- 10+ years of finance experience.
- Experience in multi-plant or regional operations.
- Previous senior finance or managerial role.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with leadership and strategic thinking.
