The Regional Coordinator (Ogun) oversees regional operations, profitability and team management within Jaza Energy’s Ogun region. The role includes recruiting, training and coaching regional staff, and acting as a regional business owner reporting to the Country Business Operations Lead. What you would do

• Lead regional team through meetings, coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee recruitment and training of regional Jaza Stars and Super Stars.
• Manage regional profit and loss and implement growth plans within company objectives.
• Ensure inventory compliance and implement regional inventory policies.
• Develop regional plans to grow active customers and revenue per hub.
• Assign hub technical issues to the appropriate Tech Star for resolution.
• Coach teams on competencies and behaviours to meet standards.
• Build relationships with local government and represent the company in legal matters.
• Manage customer service at hub level and resolve charging issues and complaints.
• Coordinate with Tech Stars to maintain hub uptime and resolve technical problems.

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
• Experience managing junior sales staff and motivating them to perform.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Understanding of last-mile community sales and customer acquisition.
