About this role

Regional Coordinator for Ekiti is a line manager and regional business owner who reports to the country Business Operations Lead. The role oversees regional operations and profitability, and is responsible for managing the regional team, plus recruitment, training and coaching of regional staff.

What you would do

• Manage regional profit and loss by developing and implementing growth plans and controlling costs.
• Oversee regional inventory and ensure compliance with inventory policies and processes.
• Lead recruitment and training of regional Jaza Stars and Super Stars.
• Drive regional team performance through meetings, coaching and performance reviews.
• Develop quarterly and monthly regional plans to grow the number of active customers per hub.
• Coordinate with Tech Stars to resolve technical issues in hubs and ensure hub uptime.

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales or related discipline.
• Minimum five years proven experience in Sales and Business Development.
• Deep understanding of last mile community sales and customer acquisition.
• Experience managing junior sales executives and motivating them.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation.
