Regional CDE Specialist
About this role
The Regional CDE Specialist role at Coca-Cola focuses on collaborating with third-party CDE maintenance teams to ensure service delivery within agreed SLAs, while managing cooler movements and stock accuracy. The role also works with CDE, CDO and Field Sales teams to help achieve key business indicators.
What you would do
- Perform regular performance reviews on CDE governance with the Sales team.
- Complete technical work orders in ERP; assist with disposal RFAs for CDEs.
- Ensure third-party logistics comply with CCH warehousing and delivery standards.
- Coordinate cooperation between Field Sales, CDE warehouse and third-party logistics.
- Monitor SLAs and develop action plans when targets are not met.
- Manage CDE movements and resolve technical issues on connected coolers.

- University degree or HND in business or IT.
- 2-5 years of experience in FMCG.
- Experience in commercial and cold drink equipment management.
- Proficiency with SAP, BW and other CCH apps and reporting modules.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
