Refrigerated Transportation Officer
About this role
ColdHubs Limited is seeking a Refrigerated Transportation Officer for Lagos to coordinate and monitor the movement of temperature-sensitive goods using its refrigerated trucks. The role is suited to someone with experience in transportation and logistics and knowledge of coldchain operations, responsible for ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
What you would do
- Coordinate refrigerated truck operations from dispatch to delivery.
- Plan and monitor delivery routes to ensure timely product movement.
- Monitor temperature conditions throughout transportation and escalate deviations promptly.
- Track truck location, movement, fuel usage, and operational status.
- Coordinate drivers and logistics activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate transportation and delivery records.

- Bachelor's degree or HND in Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 - 4 years' experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or coldchain operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of refrigerated transportation and temperaturecontrolled logistics.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other digital reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
