About this role

The Recruitment & Training Specialist at Jamub Group of Companies will manage the Group’s recruitment activities and coordinate learning and development across the organisation, based in Abuja. The role aims to attract qualified Partners, maintain a strong talent pipeline, identify competency gaps and coordinate training to improve partner capability and organisational performance.

What you would do

• Manage recruitment activities for approved vacancies across the Group.
• Source candidates through recruitment platforms, networks and referrals.
• Screen applications and conduct competency-based interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate Training Needs Analysis across departments.
• Oversee training delivery and evaluation.
