Recruitment Specialist
About this role
The role supports the Talent Acquisition function by providing accurate recruitment data, analytics, reporting and operational insights to improve hiring efficiency and workforce planning. It involves working with recruiters and hiring managers to track activities and provide data-driven recommendations. Suitable for candidates with experience in recruitment analytics, particularly in high-volume environments.
What you would do
- Maintain accurate recruitment data across vacancies and channels.
- Track and report key Talent Acquisition metrics, including Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire, Source of Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and recruitment funnel conversion.
- Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and periodic management reports.
- Analyse recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Monitor recruitment activities against agreed SLAs and hiring timelines.
- Track requisitions from approval through sourcing, assessment, selection, offer, and onboarding.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years' experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, Recruitment Operations, or a related analytical role.
- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or other high-volume recruitment environment is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, and data analysis.
- Experience developing recruitment dashboards using Excel and/or Power BI is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems.
