Recruitment Officer / HR Advisor (Hybrid)

What you would do

• Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment updates
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on offers and placements
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate records
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain a candidate database
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to placement
• Provide HR advisory support on employee relations and HR policies
• Support other HR assignments as required

• HR certification is an advantage
