What you would do

• Maintain accurate client, candidate and recruitment records.
• Track candidates through the recruitment process and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Source candidates through multiple platforms and build candidate pipelines.
• Review CVs and applications against role requirements and assist with screening as skills develop.
• Support recruitment projects and events, including coordination and follow-up.
