What you would do

• Source candidates through appropriate channels and advertise vacancies.
• Review applications, screen CVs, and shortlist based on requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and relay details, updates, and feedback to candidates.
• Liaise with hiring managers and stakeholders to support the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment records, databases, and interview schedules.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure progress at each stage.
• Manage multiple vacancies concurrently while maintaining efficiency and candidate experience.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team.
