What you would do
- Reconcile daily POS transactions and settle with partners according to SLA

- Liaise with banks and vendors on settlement discrepancies
- Attend to POS merchant disputes daily to avoid chargeback defaults
- Collaborate with Product and technical teams to resolve POS transaction issues
- Validate transaction postings to general ledgers and respond to inquiries from support or service areas
