What you would do

• Reconcile all POS transactions daily and settle with partners according to SLA.
• Manage daily POS merchant disputes and prevent chargeback defaults.
• Produce daily and monthly activity reports.
• Respond to general settlement inquiries from support or service areas.
• Work with Product and technical teams to resolve POS transaction issues.
• Validate transaction postings to general ledgers on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with banks and vendors on settlement discrepancies.
• Ensure suspense items stay within established timelines for each exception type.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate outstanding items to switch and other third parties for prompt resolution.
