About this role
The Reckitt Nigeria Management Trainee Program (Trailblazers 5.0) provides an accelerated development path for recent graduates in Lagos. Trainees rotate through Commercial and Supply functions, work on brand and business projects from Day One, and receive mentorship from senior leaders to help develop as future Reckitt leaders.
What you would do
- Rotate across Commercial and Supply functions to gain end-to-end business exposure.
- Work on business projects and drive real-life business scenarios from Day One.
- Contribute to activities related to Reckitt's brands.
- Receive mentorship from senior business leaders.

- Open to any degree.
