Receptionist / Guest Experience Officer (NYSC)

Liquor ETC, a Lagos-based liquor store, is looking for a Receptionist / Guest Experience Officer on NYSC for shift-based work. What you would do

• Coordinate and follow up on guest requests
• Explain apartment rules, Wi-Fi access and services to guests
• Respond to calls, WhatsApp messages and guest requests promptly
• Confirm guest reservations, payments and identification
• Provide a welcoming and professional guest experience at all times
• Follow up to resolve reported guest issues and requests
• Maintain accurate guest, visitor and shift records
• Welcome guests warmly and professionally
• Complete proper handovers at the end of each shift
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area
