Receptionist/Front Desk Personnel

Receptionist/front desk personnel needed for ViTi Diagnostics in Ikorodu, Lagos. The role is for a professional, customer-focused individual to be the first point of contact and support patient flow and administrative tasks in a healthcare setting.

What you would do

• Protect patient confidentiality and follow data protection and facility procedures
• Maintain a clean, organised reception area and support daily administrative activities
• Register new and returning patients and keep accurate information
• Coordinate patient movement between reception, laboratory, and imaging departments
• Schedule appointments for tests and imaging services
• Answer calls, assist visitors, respond to enquiries and escalate issues as needed

• Minimum OND or HND in relevant fields (Business Administration, Office Technology and Management, Public Administration or related)
