A receptionist role for Class Suites Hotels & Apartments, a hotel group with locations across Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan and near the airport. The position is based in Jabi, Abuja, and is a full-time role. What you would do
- Provide wake-up calls to guests.
- Assign rooms and suites to guests.
- Keep accurate records of guest charges (room service, pay-per-view, spa services, etc.).
- Assist with guest requests and handle complaints.
- Answer incoming telephone calls from prospective and existing guests.
- Process credit card transactions for lodging, room service and other hotel costs.
- Transfer phone calls to guest rooms.
- Assist guests with hotel reservations.
