Receivable Accountant

What you would do

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers for timely payments.
• Allocate received payments to the correct customer accounts.

• Support month-end closing activities and provide receivables reports to management.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve customer account issues.
• Investigate and resolve billing errors, short payments, and disputed invoices.
• Prepare accounts receivable reports, including aged receivables and overdue balances.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment schedules.
• Maintain records of customer accounts, payments and balances.
