About this role

Recare's two-year Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to develop recent graduates into future management and leadership roles within the company. The programme covers multiple business functions, including Marketing, Sales, Brand Management, Operations and R&D, Finance, Human Resources and Customer Service, and is based in Isolo, Lagos.

What you would do

• Participate in training across Marketing and Promotion.
• Support Sales and Distribution activities.
• Assist Brand Management initiatives.
• Contribute to Operations and Research and Development projects.
• Learn Finance and Human Resources processes.
• Support Customer Service activities.

What they are asking for

• BSc or HND (2:1/Upper Credit) in any discipline.
• Not more than 2 years post NYSC experience.
• Maximum age of 25 as of 31 December 2026.
• Open to male and female candidates.
