A Real Estate Sales and Marketing Officer is sought to market Brook Assets and Resources Limited’s properties in Lagos, generate leads and convert prospects into buyers. The role is for individuals with proven real estate marketing experience who can drive sales targets and build client relationships.

What you would do

• Market and promote the company’s properties
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive property sales
• Utilise social media, listing websites, digital ads, referrals and other channels to attract buyers
• Create property adverts, presentations and marketing content
• Arrange property inspections and client presentations; follow up with prospects and maintain a leads database

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate sales and marketing
• Portfolio showcasing previous real estate marketing work or sales achievements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and customer relationship skills
• Ability to generate leads, follow up and close deals; target-driven and proactive
