Real Estate Marketer
About this role
A Brand Marketer is needed to promote StreSERT’s brand, increase product awareness, generate leads and drive sales from Lagos. The role involves engaging prospective customers, identifying business opportunities, building relationships and contributing to sales targets. What you would do
- Promote the company’s products and services to prospective customers
- Create brand awareness through direct marketing, campaigns and customer engagement
- Identify potential customers, generate leads and convert prospects into sales
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Engage prospective customers professionally and communicate the value of the offerings
- Conduct market research on customer needs and market trends
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Provide accurate information and respond to customer enquiries
- Monitor competitors and provide market feedback
- Prepare reports on sales performance and promotional activities
What they are asking for
- SSCE minimum; OND/HND or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field is an advantage
- Minimum of one year of experience
- Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation abilities
- Confidence in approaching and engaging prospective customers
- Target-driven mindset with ability to work towards sales goals
- Good organisational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work at designated promotional locations in Lagos
- Basic computer skills and ability to prepare simple sales reports
