Raw - Mill Operator

What you would do

• Monitor and control raw-mill sections from the Central Control Room to ensure stable operation and safety.
• Provide guidance to shift coordinators, engineers, patrollers and operators for field work.
• Assist in implementing approved production plans.
• Supervise casual staff to keep conveyors free of jams.
• Prepare clear reports on work undertaken.
• Inform and guide staff on failures or potential trouble spots and help solve problems.
• Provide information to raw-mill patrollers based on monitored operations in liaison with shift coordination.
• Ensure production targets for cement and clinker are met during shifts.
• Log process data at specified intervals and report operational activities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot operating problems to resume production when needed.
