About this role
Bridges Diagnostics Limited is seeking a Radiographer to join its Lagos-based team. The role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and high-quality images, and working within a fast-paced diagnostic environment. The radiographer will collaborate with radiologists, laboratory and front desk staff, and other healthcare professionals. The position targets candidates with a professional approach, strong imaging skills, and the ability to handle equipment safely and efficiently.
What you would do
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent patient care
- Collaborate with radiologists, laboratory staff, front desk personnel and other healthcare professionals
- Position patients correctly to obtain quality images
- Operate radiology equipment safely and according to protocols
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection prevention protocols
- Ensure timely delivery of imaging services
- Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain procedures where necessary
- Monitor imaging equipment performance and report faults or concerns
- Conduct imaging procedures using X-ray, Ultrasound, Echo and Doppler equipment to produce diagnostic images

- Good communication and patient management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong understanding of radiation safety and imaging procedures
- Valid practicing licence and registration with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN)
- Degree or Diploma in Radiography or Medical Imaging Science from a recognised institution
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in hospital, diagnostic centre or imaging facility
- Experience operating diagnostic imaging equipment
- Professional, detail-oriented and reliable
- Preferred: patient-centred approach, good teamwork, strong technical imaging skills, ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and reside around Lekki Phase 1 axis
