What you would do
- Carry out conventional and special radiographic procedures.
- Upload acquired images to the viewing platform.
- Follow radiology safety rules and report hazards.
- Maintain and retrieve departmental patient reports.
- Perform diagnostic imaging to obtain clear, usable images.
- Produce diagnostic images and report to the physician, updating patient records on PACS.
- Set radiation levels per standards and obtain patient consent.
- Document scan sequences and adjust density/contrast as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while operating radiation equipment.
- Interact with patients to provide reassurance and support.
