About this role

Levitikal Group, a Lagos-based real estate and construction firm, is recruiting a full-time Quantity Surveyor (QS) for its Victoria Island operations. The role involves updating project schedules, coordinating with site engineers, preparing quantities and cost documentation, tracking progress against budgets, and assisting with payment claims and change management. The QS is expected to develop construction programmes, manage variation records, support procurement analysis, and attend site meetings to validate progress. Candidates should be prepared to integrate design, procurement and construction activities into master schedules and maintain comprehensive cost and measurement records. What you would do

• Update project schedules on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate with site engineers to verify progress and measurements.
• Assist in preparing bills of quantities, schedules, and pricing documents.
• Ensure cost documentation is complete and auditable.
• Track quantities executed on site against budgeted quantities.
• Assist in taking off quantities from drawings and site measurements.
• Break down works into activities aligned with the WBS and construction methodology.
• Assist in preparing monthly cost reports.
• Verify quantities, rates, and completed works under supervision.
• Attend site meetings and site walks as required.
