Quality Supervisor
About this role
A Quality Supervisor is needed to oversee quality control activities in production at a Lagos manufacturing site. The role targets candidates with a background in food science, chemistry, engineering or related fields and at least three years of quality control experience in manufacturing.
What you would do
- Supervise quality control activities across production processes
- Inspect raw materials, processes and finished products
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
- Identify defects and coordinate corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain quality inspection records and generate reports
- Collaborate with production teams to reduce defects and wastage and monitor adherence to quality procedures

- BSc/HND in Food Science, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ quality control/assurance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to supervise and lead a team
- Relevant manufacturing experience
