What you would do

• Collate and execute exception and other reports as required by the team lead.
• Provide accurate and timely reports as directed by the team leader.
• Identify formal and occupational training needs and arrange relevant courses.
• Up-skill through workshops, presentations and reading internal/external communications.
• Drive ideas to reduce operating costs within the team.
• Assist in developing and improving the Ledgers area in collaboration with the team leader.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives within your team and help meet budget targets for Account Maintenance.
• Ensure maximum throughput in the Ledger area by proposing process improvements using lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with team members and other departments.
• Keep up to date with new policies and procedures.
