What you would do

• Inspect work at production stages such as carcass, upholstery, finishing, spray painting and assembly
• Verify quality control processes including alignment, dimensions, firmness, balance, finishing quality and workmanship
• Inspect raw materials, in-process production and finished products for compliance with quality standards
• Perform quality tests and measurements using appropriate tools
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Identify defects and areas for improvement; recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with production team to resolve quality issues and monitor processes
• Assist in audits and quality assurance reviews
• Provide training or guidance on quality standards and best practices
