What you would do

• Inspect food preparation, storage and handling for quality and hygiene compliance.
• Flag discrepancies, wastage or irregularities in consumption patterns.
• Maintain accurate digital records using the company laptop.

• OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2-4 years' experience in quality control, inventory/consumption tracking, or related role within the hospitality/food industry.
• Strong reporting and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency with laptop or computer systems and reporting tools (Excel or similar).
• Attention to detail and accuracy; analytical skills for tracking consumption trends.
• Commitment to submitting daily consumption reports.
