Quality Control Executive – Microbiology at Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited in Ogun state. What you would do

• Perform microbiological sampling and testing of water, air and finished products following approved specifications and procedures.
• Maintain cGMP in the laboratory and keep instrument and microbiology laboratory cleaning records.
• Operate and calibrate microbiology equipment as per SOP; maintain temperature records of incubator, refrigerator and microbiology equipment and differential pressure readings.
• Prepare specification, method of analysis and analytical test reports; prepare SOPs and manage new document initiation, change control and deviation handling.
• Conduct area monitoring and swab sampling in production and laboratory areas, including dynamic pass box and reverse laminar air flow per SOP.
• Support area and water system validation; handle autoclave activities and OOS/OOT incidences.

• BSc or MSc in Microbiology or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of microbiological Quality Control experience in the pharmaceutical API or regulated manufacturing industry.
• Technical competencies in microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, cGLP, data integrity and laboratory documentation.
