Quality Control and Fulfillment Intern

The role supports the inspection and verification of customer orders before dispatch, ensuring accuracy of products and order details and proper packaging. What you would do

• Verify that items match customer orders by product, quantity, size, colour, and other variants.
• Inspect items for defects, damage, stains, missing components or other quality issues before packaging.
• Package and label products securely for delivery or collection.
• Check invoices, delivery labels and other order details for accuracy prior to dispatch.
• Identify and report discrepancies or quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with sorting, organising and preparing orders for dispatch or collection.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Customer Service and Sales teams to support timely fulfilment.
• Follow the quality control checklist and fulfilment procedures to ensure consistency.
• Support peak-period fulfilment activities during high-volume periods.
• Contribute to maintaining efficient fulfilment and a positive customer experience.
