What you would do
- Validate cleaning of mill and packing equipment
- Conduct online packing inspections including weight, coding and stitching checks
- Perform pre and post fumigation inspections
- Monitor critical control points (CCP) and ensure efficiency
- Deliver talks and induction on quality and food safety to factory staff and new hires
- Inspect delivery trucks and bulk tanks; inspect incoming packaging materials

- Minimum five O'Levels credits including Mathematics and English
- At least two years of cognate experience in manufacturing, food processing or flour milling operations
- Practical knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and hygiene control programs
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
