Quality Assurance Process Checker
About this role
Quality Assurance Process Checker position at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc in Lagos to help ensure compliance with established QA processes. It is suitable for candidates with at least two years of cognate experience in manufacturing, food processing or flour milling operations.
What you would do
- Inspect incoming packaging materials
- Inspect delivery trucks and bulk tanks
- Validate cleaning of mill and packing equipment
- Conduct pre- and post-fumigation inspections
- Perform online packing inspections including weight checks, coding and stitching
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs)
What they are asking for
- O-levels: minimum of 5 credits including Mathematics and English in science discipline
- Minimum of two years cognate experience in manufacturing, food processing or flour milling operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and sanitation management systems
- Practical knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and hygiene control programs
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
