What you would do

• Oversee quality control activities across flexible packaging production processes
• Identify production defects and determine root causes
• Implement corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain quality documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with approved procedures and SOPs
• Coordinate with production teams during assigned shifts
• Conduct laboratory testing and quality inspections of packaging materials
• Apply knowledge of printing, lamination, slitting and pouch-making operations
• Adhere to customer quality requirements and relevant standards
• Support continuous improvement in quality performance

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in flexible packaging or packaging manufacturing
• Experience with NCR documentation, root cause analysis, CAPA, and customer quality requirements
• Laboratory testing and quality inspection of flexible packaging materials
• Ability to work effectively with production teams and manage quality activities during shifts
• Knowledge of packaging quality standards, SOPs and process control procedures
• Practical knowledge of printing, lamination, slitting and pouch-making operations
• BSc, HND, BTech, MSc or a relevant diploma in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Polymer Technology, Packaging Technology, Printing Technology or related technical field
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation and problem-solving skills
