Quality Assurance Lead Pharmacist (Retail Chain) – Lagos
About this role
A Quality Assurance Lead Pharmacist to oversee QA/QC for procurement, warehouses, fulfilment centres and retail stores, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical and regulatory standards. The role targets a Licensed Pharmacist with extensive QA experience in pharma, healthcare, retail or FMCG, in Lagos.
What you would do
- Establish and implement the company-wide QA/QC framework, SOPs and quality controls
- Oversee incoming product inspection, supplier quality and quality audits
- Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, PCN, GMP and GDP requirements
- Manage quality incidents, product complaints, non-conformities and CAPA
- Monitor storage, fulfilment and retail quality standards
- Develop quality reports/dashboards and drive continuous improvement
What they are asking for
- B.Pharm or Pharm.D with valid Pharmacist licence
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of NAFDAC, GMP and GDP
- Proven ability to implement quality standards across multiple locations/business units
- Strong analytical, investigation, problem-solving and leadership skills
- Pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail or FMCG experience strongly preferred
