Quality Assurance Associate

Lily Hospitals Limited in Delta seeks a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to support the setup and monitoring of quality systems, internal controls and regulatory compliance across hospital operations. The role is suitable for an applicant with one to three years' experience in quality assurance, internal control, audit or healthcare compliance and a science-related bachelor’s degree.

What you would do

• Carry out routine risk assessments and assist with mitigating actions.
• Track adherence to internal controls, SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Carry out internal process audits, spot checks and compliance reviews.
• Review incidents, complaints and near-miss reports and help track resolutions.
• Create and review policies, SOPs and control frameworks.
• Support implementation of ISO, COHSASA, Kaizen and DMAIC standards.

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree in any science-related discipline.
• One to three years' experience in quality assurance, internal control, audit or healthcare compliance.
• An understanding of ISO standards and healthcare accreditation systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
