What you would do

• Identify and scout high-potential locations for new QSR outlets.
• Conduct market research, location analysis and competitor mapping.
• Source commercial properties through landlords, agents or developers.
• Negotiate commercial terms with property owners and agents.
• Prepare site evaluations and feasibility reports for management.
• Track expansion sites through negotiation, acquisition and handover.

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, Marketing, Economics, Real Estate or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business expansion, real estate, retail, QSR, hospitality, FMCG or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of Lagos commercial locations and property markets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business reporting tools.
• Ability to conduct frequent field visits across Lagos.
