QA/QC Supervisor

What you would do
- Supervise the QA/QC team and provide inspections and audits across the production process
- Ensure assembly and manufacturing processes meet defined quality standards and best practices
- Develop, implement and monitor QA/QC procedures aligned with requirements
- Carry out in-process and finished goods inspections to identify defects and coordinate corrective actions
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure compliance with procedures
- Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, audits and QC processes
- Provide training and mentorship to QA/QC staff on quality standards and practices
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to boost product quality and efficiency
- Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to management
- Identify trends and opportunities for quality improvements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or related field
- 3+ years in QA/QC within manufacturing, with supervisory experience
- ISO 9001 or other quality certification is advantageous
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with statistical process control and quality improvement methods
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and TWI principles
- Experience designing and delivering training programmes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for process improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
