QA / QC Engineer

What you would do

• Owns QA/QC documentation for the project, including certificates, test results and non-compliance reports.
• Develops standards and oversees testing methods and inspection procedures.
• Reviews site material quality and ensures alignment with project specs.
• Collaborates with procurement and other departments to maintain material quality.
• Supervises test and inspection schedules and conducts quality audits with teams.
• Ensures compliance of all personnel with quality manuals and procedures.
• Coordinates with contractors and suppliers to sustain system quality.
• Manages storage and handling of equipment and hazardous materials.
• Analyzes products and non-conformance processes; prepares monthly quality performance reports.
• Liaises with the Technical Engineer for material submittals; coordinates inspections with consultants and site in-charge.

• BSc, BTech or HND in Engineering from a recognised institution.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification an advantage.
• Registered member of COREN and NSE.
• At least 5 years of construction experience with mechanical, electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Computer literacy with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Core skills: strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, troubleshooting ability, cross-functional teamwork, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects.
