QA Automation Engineer

What you would do
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts for mobile apps, web applications, and digital platforms.
- Create and execute automated tests for backend APIs, microservices, and databases.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and vulnerabilities.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and rapid deployment.
- Review, refactor, and update existing automated test scripts to accommodate new features and changes.
- Support and collaborate with business stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing sessions.
- Analyze automated test execution results and prepare metrics and quality reports for leadership.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer, preferably in financial services or FinTech.
- Strong proficiency with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and backend scripting for automation.
- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions).
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer or related Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
