What you would do

• Process approved purchase requisitions for hotel needs such as food, beverages, and housekeeping supplies
• Obtain and compare quotations, evaluate suppliers and negotiate prices and delivery terms
• Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries to prevent shortages
• Coordinate with stores and user departments to verify delivered quantities, quality and specifications
• Maintain supplier records, procurement documentation and purchase reports
• Support stock planning and cost control while following approval procedures and avoiding conflicts of interest

• BSc or HND in Purchasing and Supply, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 3 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in a hotel or food-service business
• Knowledge of supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, inventory coordination and purchasing controls
• Strong negotiation, communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement or inventory systems
• Integrity and ability to manage urgent operational requirements
