What you would do

• Order food, beverage and related items based on business needs.
• Receive, inspect and verify deliveries against orders and invoices.

• Prepare and manage cost and inventory reports and end-of-period inventories.
• Assist Executive Chef with purchasing to ensure quality and profitability.
• Communicate with kitchen, management and vendors to align delivery timings.
• Ensure proper bookkeeping and invoice administration for purchases.
• Ensure adherence to sanitation, safety and LSOPs across stores and storeroom.
• Participate in budgeting, menu costing and general office duties.
• Support audits, reporting and continuous improvement of purchasing processes.
